My copies have just arrived! Currently have about nine large boxes stacked up in the hallway. Just had my first look at the book too... bit of a geekout moment really. 
But what you really want to hear is collectors' editions and when they're going on sale. Answer: In the next few hours, hopefully. I'll post a link on the buy page and do a news update.
Amazon orders I'm less sure about. I guess, as the book has just shipped, stores won't be getting copies in stock for a day or two. I could be wrong - have contacted my publisher for more info on that.
